On Wednesday 29th May & Thursday 30th May, the European Commission invites you to a seated lunch at NHOW Hotel (OO! Restaurant).
Coffee breaks are offered at NHOW Hotel (Out of the Box area) on Wednesday 29th May & Thursday 30th May.
TRAIN
There is a train service from Brussels Airport (Zaventem) to Brussels North Station (12 min). From there, 10-minute walk or 5 min taxi ride to the hotel (850 meters away from the hotel).
The airport’s train station is located directly under the departures and arrivals halls, at level -1. The platform is easily reached by lift or escalator. At peak times, 8 trains run every hour.
To avoid the queues, you can purchase your ticket in advance on the website of the Belgian National Railways.

Closest Metro station: Botanique (lines Nr 2 or Nr 6).

Parking cannot be reserved. The maximum height is 1.80m.

Regulation is now in place restricting certain vehicles in this area. Access to the city requires prior registration and/or the payment of a fee.
You are responsible for taking the necessary steps to obtain if required, a visa for the entry in Belgium, and/or a visa for the country/countries of transit on the way to/from Brussels, Belgium.
In order to guarantee your admission in Belgium, please make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months after the event.
